At Utensiya, we offer a 22-day no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of delivery, along with a 60-day exchange option on standard kitchen utensils and appliances. For premium or limited-edition appliances, the exchange period is 30 days. Refunds are processed within 1 to 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
- Free from any signs of damage or tampering
We encourage prompt return requests, as this helps us manage inventory efficiently and continue offering competitive prices.
How to Return a Product
To process your return or exchange smoothly:
- Use the warehouse returns address found on your electronic dispatch note.
- If you’ve misplaced your dispatch note, simply email or call us with your order number, name, and address to receive return instructions.
Returns Labels (UK Only)
If you’re located in England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, we can provide a subsidised returns label starting from £6.99, depending on the product’s weight and value. You can also choose to return the item using your preferred courier service. Please ensure you use a tracked and insured delivery method, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

- Or reply directly to your dispatch confirmation email
Returns Address
Please return your items to the warehouse address listed on your dispatch note. Our administrative office is not set up to receive returns. If needed, you may contact us to reconfirm the correct return location.
