Utensiya offers international delivery and brings years of experience in shipping luxury leather and sheepskin garments to destinations around the world.
We dispatch orders using a prompt, reliable, and secure delivery service. The most suitable carrier will be selected based on the size and weight of your order. Deliveries are made during standard working days and require a signature upon receipt. For specific delivery instructions, use the ‘special instructions’ box at checkout, email info@utensiya.com, or reply directly to your order confirmation email.
Shipping fees include both packaging and international carriage costs. Note that some destinations currently incur additional air cargo surcharges due to reduced flight availability from the COVID-19 pandemic. These charges are non-refundable. Only a limited number of locations are affected, and notice will be given where applicable.
To view international shipping rates, follow these steps:
- Add the item(s) to your shopping basket.
- Click the shopping basket icon at the top right-hand corner of the website to view your basket contents.
- Select ‘Continue to Delivery’, then choose either ‘Checkout as Guest’ or ‘Set-up Account’. Enter your delivery information, and the available shipping options and rates for your destination will appear without needing to complete the purchase.
